§ 2-55. Robert's Rules of Order adopted.

The meetings of the city council shall be guided and governed by those parliamentary rules and regulations popularly known as "Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised," the same being adopted and made a part hereof as though set out fully herein, except as otherwise provided in the Charter or this Code.
