§ 2-54. Reconsideration of previous business.

Before the minutes of any preceding meeting of the city council are confirmed, any member may move to reconsider any question, motion, resolution, or other matter or thing in the minutes of such previous meeting contained; and if such reconsideration be voted by a majority of the members present, the subject matter of such reconsideration shall be first business in order to be disposed of.
