§ 82-59. Blocks.

  • (a)

    In general, blocks shall be not less than 400 feet, nor more than 1,200 feet in length, except where topography or other conditions peculiar to the site make such dimensions impracticable.

    (b)

    Blocks shall be wide enough to allow two tiers of lots of minimum depth, except where fronting on major streets or prevented by topography conditions or size of the property, in which case the planning commission will approve a single tier or lots of minimum depth.
