§ 14-58. Maintaining clearance of service drops.

No person shall build, alter or erect any building or other structure that will affect the clearance required for service drops and point of attachment of same. Upon discovery of a violation of this provision, the person responsible shall be required to remove said building or other structure or to bear all expense involved in altering the service drop to obtain the necessary safe clearances.
