§ 78-4. Same—Authority of building official.

(a)

The building official shall be the inspector of all wires on or in the streets, sidewalks and other public property of the city and shall direct any person to repair or remove, lower or elevate, any wires that such inspector may consider unsightly, or dangerous to life or property.

(b)

All electric wires shall be properly insulated and kept at a regulation distance, all wires or cables to have a clearance of 25 feet.
