§ 66-3. Hours of operation.

All public parks or playgrounds shall be open for public use; provided, however, that the public use thereof shall be limited to the period of time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in those parks or playgrounds where such opening and closing times are conspicuously posted by the city or under its authority. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon or remain upon the premises, or any part thereof, owned by the city and known as playground property before the time said premises are opened to the public by the person in charge thereof or after said premises are closed to the public by the person in charge thereof in the afternoon or night.
