§ 62-61. Obstruction of railroad tracks.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to place on any railroad track in this city, any stone, timber, brush, iron, or any other article or thing, with the intention of derailing, obstructing or retarding the cars while in motion, or to injure or damage any track, wire, motor, locomotive, car or any other appliance of said railroads.
