§ 46-262. Enforcement and penalty for violation.

(a)

The finance director shall be the enforcement officer and shall insure that the provisions are complied with prior to the issuing of any license.

(b)

Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation that violates the terms of this division shall upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-8 of this Code.
