§ 46-338. Surrender of stolen property.

  • In the event it is determined that any item bought, sold, or traded to, or received by the traveling or itinerant dealer, salesperson or buyer is the subject of any theft or crime, the dealer, salesperson, or itinerant buyer shall, upon demand of the chief of police, or the chief's designee, surrender the same to the police department.
