§ 46-330. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Itinerant or traveling dealer, salesperson or buyer means a person who does not have a business license in the city or shall enter the city for any period of time and advertise by any form of media communication to the public that such person will buy, sell, trade, or otherwise trade in and receive precious metals, gold, silver, coins and jewelry.
