§ 46-93. Registration.

Any person for such person's self or as an officer of a firm or corporation exercising or carrying on any business or operating any establishment for which a license or payment of occupational taxes is required by this article, without first having registered as provided herein, shall be liable to punishment as provided in section 1-8.
