§ 38-4. Motor vehicles parking in fire lanes.

(a)

The marking of fire lanes on private property, devoted to public use, shall be approved by the fire chief and the police chief.

(b)

Parking of motor vehicles or otherwise obstructing fire lanes on private property, devoted to public use, so marked and approved, is prohibited at all times.

(c)

Any owner or user of a motor vehicle in violation of this section who pleads guilty, is found guilty, or pleads nolo contendere in the municipal court of the city shall be subject to punishment in accord with the provisions of section 1-8 of the City Code.
