§ 18-4. Same—Responsibility for maintenance; erection of markers.

Maintenance of the designated areas shall remain the responsibility of the city council. Markers that are erected on such burial spaces by the owners of interment rights shall be erected in accordance with rules and regulations as promulgated and adopted by the city council.
