§ 14-77. Inspector's right-of-entry.

  • The plumbing inspector shall have the authority to enter any building at reasonable hours for the purpose of inspecting the plumbing. Any person attempting to prevent such inspection, whether owner, lessee, or agent, shall be in violation of this article.
