§ 14-3. Site plans applicable to more than one city ordinance.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary, in the event that a site plan must be submitted to the city council in connection with, or in compliance with, the requirements of the city's wetland protection ordinance, the city's flood damage prevention ordinance, the city's soil erosion and sedimentation control ordinance, or the city's groundwater recharge protection ordinance, and in the event that such site plan be deemed sufficient by the permitting officer to satisfy the requirements of more than one of said ordinances, then, at the request of the permit applicant, the permitting officer shall be authorized to waive the submission of additional site plans for such project and may use such site plan as submitted in connection with the granting or denying of permit applications as to any or all of such ordinances.
